The Company has secured patent coverage in the field of OTC fertility testing that it believes represents a significant barrier to entry for competitors.

Genosis has seven patent families covering aspects of testing / devices for male and female fertility testing. Six of these families have progressed to grant in at least one major geography, the seventh has received notification of intent to grant in Europe.

In addition to seeking patent protection in the US and Europe the Company also has patents or patents pending in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China and Japan.
