AIM Delisting

    The Ordinary Shares of 10p each of Genosis were admitted to listing on AIM operated by the London Stock Exchange on 2 December 2005.  Following the EGM on 30 June 2008 shareholders of Genosis approved the special resolution to delist from AIM. On 8 July 2008 at 7:00am pursuant to AIM Rule 41 and at the request of the Company trading on AIM of the Ordinary Shares was cancelled. The Company cannot quarentee any match for any shares offerered but will endeavour to find purchasers to match for such shares.

Genosis was incorporated in England and Wales on 1 March 2005. At the EGM held on 30 June 2008 the shareholders agreed to take Genosis private as well as delisting from AIM and following approval from the Register of Companies Genosis will be known in future as Genosis Limited. The existing share certificates in the name of Genosis plc remain valid.
